Queen Nails & Spa Reviews

I came in 2 weeks ago for shellac mani and pedi. The my shellac chipped in 3-4 days and the clear coat started to chip on all the nails. I asked them to change it and they did. I brought my mother and sister to treat them with a mani and pedi. (I understand mistakes happen, I’m giving them another chance) Same thing with them. My mom’s nails all started peeling off by day 3-4 aswell. And this was my sisters pedicure was awful (pic attached) She told her to fix it and this is the fixed pic. I came back after told them to fix these issues. They did but showed a lot of attitude and this whole situation is embarrassing for me as I simple wanted to treat my mom and sister. I wouldn’t recommend this place. The variety of nail polishes is very minimal in regular nail polish. And that one lady has a solid attitude. I gave them 4 tries… Save your money and time. You go out to treat yourself, not to get shitty service and shitty attitude. I hope the owner gets this message. Also, I spent $105 on myself for reference.

I have just got back from my third visit to these great ladies. They are very welcoming to men and give your feet the attention they deserve. I started going there because my hips won't let me bend like I used to do. Now knowing how good my feet feel after a pedicure, I wish I had been going earlier in life. I want to say thank you to these ladies.

Do not go here for acrylic nails. My daughter left with nails that look unprofessionally done, they are not pleasing to look at, and her cuticles/skin around her fingers is torn up and painful and were bleeding. I do not recommend whatsoever, just trying to save someone else the hassle and pain.

Annie is the absolute best. My toes look amazing- definitely reccomend the Queens pedicure. The french manicure is also the best one I have ever had done! Not too thick, great company and absolutely perfect! Thank you Annie

Overall it was a good experience and the lady was sweet. Although she did miss a couple hours places on a couple nails like shown in the photos. When I said something. She was like, it should be like this for ombré. So I’m like, okay I didn’t think you should be missing part of a nail, but okay. Let her finish. Needless to say, I should’ve looked closer before paying. But still pretty happy overall, just the one thing I didn’t like that she missed a few spots. Went back a couple days later requesting a refund and for them to take them off. They kept pushing for me to change colour and to keep them on. Said it’d be free to change the colour, but charged me to get them removed. I think it’s safe to say I’m NEVER going back here. Waste of time and my hard earned money!
